What should I do if I accidentally ordered twice?

Call the restaurant directly, so they know to stop making the duplicate order and issue a refund for the duplicate charge. Find the restaurant's phone number here.


On the Chopt App:

  • Select the profile icon, then select 'Find a Location' and search for the restaurant. Once you've found the restaurant, select the info icon to view the phone number.

or

  • Select the profile icon, then select 'Order History' and 'View order details' for the order. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Call Restaurant'.


On the Chopt Website:

  • Visit Choptsalad.com/locations and search for the restaurant. Once you've found the restaurant, select the info icon to view the phone number.

or

  • Select the profile icon, then select 'Order History' and 'View order details' for the order. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Call Restaurant'.
