I forgot to scan my QR code in the restaurant - can I still earn rewards on my order?

Email a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to our Support Team at support@choptsalad.com and we will update your rewards progress with the order subtotal.


For future orders, we've recently enhanced Chopt Rewards to now offer the ability to earn rewards by giving your phone number at the register and paying separately, either with cash or credit card. Next time you're at Chopt, just be sure to give our in-store team your phone number to look-up your Chopt account so you'll earn points for your order.
