Why is my birthday reward missing?
Please check to be sure your birthday is saved in the Profile section of your account at least 5 days prior to your special day and a reward will automatically be added.
To add your birthday to your account follow the steps below.
On the Chopt App or Website:
1. Sign into your account
2. Go to the 'Account Details' section
3. Update your birthday
4. Select 'Save'
