I redeemed points for a reward, but why didn't I receive the item?
Please be sure that the item has been added to your cart in order to redeem the reward. For example, if you claimed a Free Caramel reward, a caramel must manually be added to your cart while ordering. The price of the caramel will be deducted from your total as long as the Free Caramel reward is toggled on.
If the item was ordered and you still didn't receive it, it might have been human error (our bad!). Please reach out to us at support@choptsalad.com and we'll make it right.
