I placed an order for a challenge, but why didn’t I receive progress and/or the reward?

Please double check that your order met the challenge requirements. Terms and Conditions for challenges can be found in the Rewards section of your Chopt account under the Challenges tab.


Common reasons that an order didn't meet the challenge requirements are:

  • A credit or reward was used causing the order to not meet the minimum spend amount.
  • The specific menu item required for the challenge wasn't purchased.
  • The challenge was opted into after making your first qualifying order. 
  • The order was placed outside of the challenge dates.
