How do I redeem my physical gift card?
Physical gift cards can be redeemed in-store, on Choptsalad.com or on the Chopt iOS app.
For Physical Gift Cards:
1. When you're ready to place your order, scroll to the bottom of the Checkout page.
2. Select the 'Add a gift card' link.
3. Enter the gift card number and registration code, then hit 'Add'.
Multiple gift cards can be used per order. Any remaining balance must be paid with another payment method.
