How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password and can't login to your account, you can reset it by visiting Choptsalad.com/forgot on our website. You can also reset your password on the Chopt app by selecting the profile icon, then 'Sign in' and 'Forgot password?'.
If you are logged into your account and would like to change your password, please follow the steps below:
On the Chopt App:
- Navigate to your profile by selecting the profile icon in the top left corner
- Select 'Account Details'.
- Enter your new password in the 'New password' field.
- Re-enter the same password in the 'Confirm password' field.
- Select 'Save'.
On the Chopt Website:
- Go to Choptsalad.com/account.
- Enter your new password in the 'Update password' field.
- Re-enter the same password in the 'Confirm password' field.
- Select 'Save'.
