How do I delete my Chopt Rewards account?

On the Chopt App or Website:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Go to the 'Account Details' section.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Delete Account.” 

Keep in mind that this action is permanent, and once deleted, your points and rewards cannot be recovered. If you’re sure, proceed accordingly.
