What should I do if I'm locked out of my account?

Locked out of your Chopt account?
Wait a few minutes and try logging in again. If you're still having trouble or can't remember your password, we recommend resetting it by visiting Choptsalad.com/forgot.


You can also reset your password on the Chopt mobile app by following the steps below.


On the Chopt App:


1. Select the profile icon.

2. Tap the 'Sign In' link.

3. Tap the 'Forgot Password' link.

4. Enter your email address.

5. Tap 'Email me a recovery link'.

6. Check your email inbox. If your email address is associated with a Chopt account, you will receive an email.

7. Open the email and select 'Change Password'. Then enter a new password on the webpage to successfully reset your password.
